Copy of typescript letter from Isabelle Stover on behalf of Beatrix Farrand to James Bryce tells him an enclosed bulb order should go to Oregon Bulb Farms. The Narcissi bulbs are for both Dumbarton Oaks and Mildred Bliss. The Bliss order was heartily approved by John Thacher.
